How do I Return or Exchange?
Each of our products is made with care to give you the best experience. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, kindly reach out to us within 4 days of receiving your package through convo (daffysdream@gmail.com) before sending the product back with order no and reason for return or exchange. Upon confirmation from us, please ship the product back to the provided shipping address along with tracking number.
We offer money back for all purchases EXCEPT items that are
– Custom-Made
– Item on Discounted
– Item on Sale
We allow you to return the item within 7days after receiving them.
Return Eligibility: Items must be returned in an unused (original) state. We reserve the right to refuse to return items that we believe are not marketable, damaged, altered or used.
Return Shipping cost: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
How and when will I be refunded?
Payment will be refunded within 3 business days after we receive the item.
Shipping fee and Rush order cost will be cut from the original payment.
When will my order shipped?
Making and shipping timing takes 2-3weeks. When you placed your order, the order give an estimated shipping date. If you are hurry please choose RUSH order for 2-3days processing time.
All shipments are processed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Accordingly, the purchase price includes all applicable duties and taxes, ensuring hassle-free delivery with no additional

How long will my order take to arrive?
Expected shipping time: 5 business days after purchasing.
Expected arrival: 10 days from shipping date.
You can upgrade to RUSH order by 2-3 days. I ship the packed through FEDEX/DHL SERVICE. Shipping takes 3-5days to reach you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number.
You can track your package in real time using the tracking number provided on carrier’s website.

Can I order custom bag organizer?
Yes, I can customize organizer as per your requirement ( size, color and model). Please message me the dimensions of your bag from inside bottom
of the bag Eg. bottom length, bottom depth/width and height from inside. I greatly enjoy taking custom orders because I love creating new pattern based on customer’s need and allow my customers to be the designer.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of confirmation. We’ll do our best to process your request; however, orders that have already entered shipping cannot be canceled
