Returns

Kindly reach out to us within 4 days of receiving your package through convo (daffysdream@gmail.com) before sending the product back with order no and reason for return or exchange. Upon confirmation from us, please ship the product back to the provided shipping address along with tracking number.

 We offer money back for all purchases EXCEPT items that are 

– Custom-Made

– Item on Discounted

– Item on Sale

We allow you to return the item within 7days after receiving them.

Return Eligibility: Items must be returned in an unused (original) state. We reserve the right to refuse to return items that we believe are not marketable, damaged, altered or used.

Return Shipping cost: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Exchange

We are happy to offer exchanges on your purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags and accessories intact. To request an exchange, simply email us at (daffysdream@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for the exchange.

Shipping Costs: Please note that for exchanges not related to product quality, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. However, if the exchange is due to a quality issue, Daffysdream will cover the shipping costs.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with your request. For refunds, the amount will be processed within 3 business days and credited back to your original payment method. For exchanges, a replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days, and you will receive a new tracking number once it is dispatched.
