At Daffysdream, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are delivered securely and on schedule, wherever you are in the world. This Shipping Policy outlines the essential information regarding our international shipping procedures, including timelines, costs, and order tracking. Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent experience, ensuring your orders are delivered safely across borders.
As we operate exclusively through international shipping, this policy serves as a comprehensive guide to the process—from the time your order is placed until it is delivered to your doorstep.
Please note that during festivals, public holidays, pandemics, natural calamities, or adverse weather conditions, shipments may experience delays. However, we remain committed to making every effort to ensure your parcel reaches you at the earliest possible time.
Processing time
We operate on a made-to-order model and do not maintain ready stock. Each product is handcrafted in our studio in Chennai, India, exclusively for you. The standard production timeline is approximately 5 business days, with an option to upgrade to a rush order (2 business days). Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from the production timeframe.
Shipping in DDP Mode
All orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means the purchase price you pay already includes all applicable duties and taxes, ensuring a smooth delivery process with no additional charges at the time of receipt. We partner with reputable courier companies to ensure your package is delivered safely and quickly.
Please note that the Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and transit schedules in the destination country. Daffysdream cannot be held responsible for delays arising from such external factors.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can then use this number on the carrier website to track your package and monitor its delivery status in real time.
